Our activity
It was in 2001 that the Novatex company was created in the heart of Savoie, in France, by Patrice Lafont.
Specializing in the import-export of textile products , Novatex today offers a wide range of childcare articles and educational toys for individuals and professionals.
Our team
Made up of around twenty passionate employees, the Novatex team works daily to offer you quality products and services. From the creation of products, packaging, through visual supports to customer and sales service, we take care to support you and follow you in all your projects.
Our logistics warehouse
With our 2600m² of storage space, we store all of our products from our carefully selected partner factories with whom we maintain relationships of trust. Our bonded warehouse allows us to offer you rapid availability of our products.
Our expertise
As an importer/exporter, we distribute our products directly, but also through small childcare distributors. We also manufacture products for French private label brands.
Our sales team travels the planet to meet you and respond to all your wishes. Our competitive prices will allow you to ensure a comfortable margin and offer quality products throughout the year with our themes and collections. The R&D (research and development) team imagines and creates around a hundred references per year on average, drawing inspiration from market trends and demands. Novatex has always supported brands in the creation and manufacturing of products marketed under private label (private label). Among the brands that trust us, we find Auchan, System U, Bébé 9, Aubert.
It was in 2012 that we created the Trois Kilos Sept brand in order to offer our childcare products directly to parents and future parents. We then respond to consumer demand by offering products exclusively available on our site. Anxious to offer ever more services and autonomy to our professional customers, we make all of our catalogs available with a site dedicated to childcare specialists.
We make it a point of honor to satisfy our customers as best as possible. Two dedicated people will answer your questions and requests. Located in Novalaise, we remain available by telephone, email or even in our premises and provide answers adapted to each of our interlocutors.
Innovation
Constantly evolving, Patrice has developed a range of cardboard furniture to present our different collections at trade shows. You can easily find us at trade fairs dedicated to childcare, notably at Kind Jugend in Cologne every year in September. This year: Hall 10.1 / Stand A-008
